Johann Johannsson springs back from the nether regions of Iceland this November with his new album Fordlândia. Deep, hypnotic sounds combine with contextual stories to blow your mind through your headphones.
4AD says "Jóhannsson makes stately, slow-building and hauntingly melodic music - which frequently combines electronic processing with classical orchestrations - that has been quietly bewitching listeners for the last few years."
Fordlândia will be released via 4AD on November 3rd/4th.
